2019 PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST

Drop off your pumpkin to be displayed on our patio by Friday, October 25th and enter to win some great UNDERGROUND BAKERY Prizes!

You don’t HAVE to buy your pumpkins at Cape Abilities Farm, but if DO you provide a receipt for any entered pumpkins bought there, UNDERGROUND BAKERY will donate $2 for each TO Cape Abilities!

Winners will be announced at NOON on Halloween, October 31st and their creations shown on our Instagram and Facebook pages!

One Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

  1. One of our ‘SEND NOODS’ Ramen Bowl t-shirts in your choice of available sizes and colors.

  2. One reusable Underground Bakery Covered Soup Bowls. They’re microwave safe, top-rack dishwasher safe, and a great way to cut down on waste (and save a dollar each time you use it).

  3. One Underground Bakery vacuum-insulated travel mug. Stainless steel, and good for $1 drip refills or $1 off other drinks when you use it!

  4. One gift card good for $50 of Underground Bakery goods.

One Runner-Up will receive:

  1. One Underground Bakery vacuum-insulated travel mug. Stainless steel, and good for $1 drip refills or $1 off other drinks when you use it!

  2. One gift card good for $25 of Underground Bakery goods.

Participants are welcome to pick up their creations by Sunday, November 3rd, 2019.

Any pumpkins remaining Monday, November 4th will be ‘donated’ to the good of various local farm animal friends - they LOVE them.

RULES:

This contest is not open to Underground Bakery employees or relatives of Underground Bakery employees. No purchase necessary to enter. This contest is open to all ages and you may enter as many times you like so long as the contest is still open. Entry to the contest closes for any one of the following reasons: when there is no more space on the patio, wall, or furniture to display the entries clearly and safely; at the sole discretion of Underground Bakery management; when blind voting begins at Noon, Friday October 25th, 2019, and ends at Noon, Thursday, October 31st. 2019. Each entered pumpkin will be assigned a number, and the same number will be assigned to the artist who carved it. Ballots will be cast with a pumpkin’s respective number on a piece of blank paper and handing it to an Underground Bakery Employee who will then deposit it in the ballot box. Participants of the contest may cast one ballot per submitted pumpkin. Participants need not be present at the time of voting to win.
